Q: I’ve signed up for a class, what do I need to do before attending?
A: All materials and requirements are provided by us at the class. Just wear loose fitted clothing that is easy to move around in as our courses are hands on.
Q: Do I get a certificate at the end of class?
A: Upon completion of the class, you will receive a certificate electronically within 24 hours from the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada website which you can access anytime, anywhere.
Q: I need this course for *this* institution. Is this course right for me?
A: Email us or call us to see if this is the course required for your employment or schooling needs. We certified many different healthcare providers and can assist you on determining the right course for you.
Q: Its time for me to re-certify, should I sign up online or should I contact you first?
A: If you contact us we can assist you in re-certifying. Whether its with Gold Standard CPR or another Heart and Stroke course, the ID number on your license is used to link your certifications to your profile so they can accessed anywhere. If you have already signed up, not to worry, contact us and we can take care of it for you
